酒莊為新社莊園最具代表性的建築，一磚一瓦間帶出細膩的工藝。前方寬廣的湖泊，後方群山環繞，這樣得天獨厚的自然環境搭上南歐式酒莊建築，美不勝收。（供應餐點融合中西方特色、蛋糕、飲料等輕食）

Wine Chateau represents Summit Resort the most. The art techniques in each brick and tile whisper every delicacy. The beauty stands out not only for the southern European- style chateau building but also for its unique environment with the wide lake in the front and the continuous mountains in the back.

座落於酒莊的側邊，磚塊堆砌的外牆配上實木打造的內裝充滿了南歐鄉村風味。販賣各類舒壓精油及莊園獨有的個性商品。

Dora store

The Dora Store is situated next to the Chateau. The brick facades and wooden interior lighten up.

湖畔休憩碼頭

徜徉於湖畔邊, 微風吹拂在臉上, 望著湖中自在的魚兒以及湖面。 陣陣的連漪, 好個舒服悠哉的午後。 隔個湖畔遠望錯落於樹叢中的酒莊, 有別於近看的雄偉、霸氣、藍天、綠林、建築、 構成一幅美麗的油畫,盡收眼底。
